Please contact us before shipping/returning anything to Green Gizmo.
-Unopened products may be returned for a 10% restocking fee within 14 days of receiving the order. Provide the order number, the problem in the subject of the email. Do not ship to us until we have verified the return via email.
-We highly advise applying a tracking number for return purchases. If we do not receive the returned item and we do not have a tracking number to reference we cannot apply a refund.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Opened products
- Products damaged by customer use/abuse.
- Clearance items
- Custom Order items (special colors, fittings, items made to order)
Follow these steps in returning your merchandise:
Email us at email@example.com with both the problem and order number.
Wait for a response from Green Gizmo
If your return is accepted ship back in the same packaging (if possible/applicable) with the product.
Allow up to 14 days for Green Gizmo to receive/review the items and to process your exchange/refund/etc.
When shipping an item we recommend:
Applying tracking to the item.
Packing it in the packaging it came in (if possible)
Allowing time for it to be received and processed.
Bundled items, special offers and returns:
- If an order you received included a bonus item you be required to return the bonus item. If bonus item is not included/damaged the refund will be reduced based on the value of the gift.
- You can return an individual item that was part of a bundle package. Please note: In some cases a bundle discount has been applied to an item in the bundle you purchased. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price if you purchased it individually.
- Items returned during a sale will be refunded at the price of the sale.
- Custom orders (colors, specially fitted parts) cannot be returned. If they are broken, or damaged in shipment they will be replaced.
Incorrect address returns:
- Items that are returned to us by the post office due to incorrect address or other errors are the customers responsibility and a separate shipping fee will apply to have them returned.
If we receive products in condition that was NOT described in the email:
-Green Gizmo will contact the customer inquiring why the returned product is not the same as it was shipped/described
-The refund may be rejected.
-Items will only be returned if the customer pays for shipping. (If the item was not matched to what was shipped)
Canceling an order:
-It is possible to cancel your order but only before the item has shipped. Otherwise you will have ship the item back (at customers cost) and restocking fees may apply.
-Our products are made tough and can take a good amount of unintentional abuse, however gear under extensive abuse may have details damaged (worn paint and skull cheekbones).
Cosmetic damage such as worn paint & chipping are not covered.
